Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. During high-volume periods, product launches, or holiday seasons, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • United States: 7-14 business days
  • Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand: 10-14 business days
  • Rest of World: 14-21 business days

Please note these are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Total Estimated Delivery

From the time you place your order to the time it arrives at your door, please allow approximately 2-3 weeks.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total. We offer free shipping on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the notification. If your tracking has not updated after 5 business days, please contact us.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to update it before it ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 30 business days of the shipping confirmation, please contact us at cowboyclouds@outlook.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue, including reshipment or refund where appropriate.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of being placed. After this window, your order has entered processing and cannot be changed or cancelled.
